Using Radio Buttons
To select a radio button, move your mouse pointer over the radio button you wish to select and click once. If you want to change your answer just click another radio button under the same question and your previous mark will be deleted.

Using Checkboxes
Selecting a check box is almost exactly like selecting a radio button. Move your mouse cursor over the check box you wish to select and click once. Check boxes work a bit differently when it comes to de-selecting it as compared to radio buttons. With check boxes one must actually re-click the selection again for it to go away because more than one check box can be selected under a single question.

Using Textboxes
To put your answer into a text box move your mouse cursor over any part of the text box and click once. Then just type in your answer using the keyboard. To delete an answer double-click in the box (the text should now be highlighted) and then press either the "Backspace" or "Delete" key. When you have the correct answer in the text box, proceed to the next question or submit button.

Netscape 6.0/6.1
Netscape 6.0 and 6.1 have a bug that automatically selects the first radio button in every set of radio buttons when you print a page that contains a form. This bug seems to be unique to Netscape 6.0, and while it only occurs when you attempt to print a page, it is recommended that you use an alternate browser to complete this survey.

My computer said it had a script error.

White Screens
When I click on a button or a link to continue with the survey I just get a white screen. -
Sometimes the browser shows a white screen while the next page is loading. The loading time of a page can vary depending on your network connection, network traffic at the time, your actual computer, and other minor factors. In Netscape and Microsoft Internet Explorer, you can tell if a page is still loading because the browser icon (in the upper right corner) will remain animated while a page is loading, and the icon animation will stop when the loading is finished.
While it does occur on occasion that a page will simply load to white, it is much more common for a page to appear white while loading, then resolve to a page. Even if there is an error, the page will usually resolve to a page describing what type of error has occurred. When this happens, contact help@fsse.org for further information on resolving the problem.

Submit Button Doesn't Respond
I keep clicking the submit/next page/continue button, but nothing happens -
Repeatedly clicking a submit button does not make any page on the web load faster. When you click a submit button, the process of sending your information and moving onto the next page begins. If the button is clicked again, then the progress so far is abandoned, and the process starts over again from the beginning.
If it takes a long time for anything to occur after you press a submit button it is probably because of a slow network connection, heavy network traffic, or other similar problems. In any case the fastest procedure is to click the submit button once and wait for the network to transfer your information and load the next page. Repeatedly clicking the button will only slow the process down.
